Day Use

Come to Columbus Park with your family and friends to enjoy a day of swimming in Black Lake. With our enormous amphitheatre, you can enjoy plenty of space and the large roped off swimming area. There is a smaller swimming area for the younger members of your family and a swim dock for the older members, all of which are fully visible from the beach area. Bring your boat for your water activities on the lake. This area is a non-life guard area so please keep an eye on your family members.

If you want to swim, ski, jet ski, or go tubing the lake is there for your use. You may also just relax or sun bathe on the grassy beach area after a long week of work. What a better way to get away from the noise of the city life.
